Our company is offering maritime containers which we converted into your home around 1 or 2 months depending the project. These containers are designed to transport goods in the shipping industry. Basically the maritime containers are made of metal and cannot fracture due to the purpose of what they are made for and the structure itself. The buildings are completely safe and have greater resistance than a traditional construction which could fracture. The containers are giving a basic structure of the house and can be located in different positions, sizes and m2. This type of containers ensure durability and environmental care. The dimensions of one container are: / 28m2 12m long 2.69 height and 2.40 large.

The interior walls and ceilings are insulated with 10 cm rock wool, plasterboard and plaster. The floor can be made of wood or self-leveling mortar. We prepare the plumbing and electrical installation. On the outside there is again the insulation of 10 centimeters of rock wool. The facade could be made of stone, wood or ETALBOND depending on the client’s project.

The container houses allow to build another floor or more rooms without dismantling what was built so far. The options are unlimited and individual. These buildings have several undeniable advantages. They are cheaper to compare with traditional construction, the installation is literally, for a few months, and last but not least-the construction is respectful of the environment in line with new recycling trends. Homes are increasingly preferred by developers in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Japan and etc. These buildings are virtually eternal, with good protection against corrosion and damage and are even recommended in areas of earthquakes and landslides.
